Diane has over 20 years of sales, management and relocation service experience. A Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) that oversees the continued growth and development for Relocation America. She has over 10 years of branch management experience earning her broker’s license as well as certifications through NAR; Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). Diane is a trainer on Relocation Brokerage Services and has been a guest speaker at conferences for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE) and Employee Relocation Council (ERC).

Over 20 years of experience in the relocation and transportation industries. Dave is responsible for leading the company’s business development and global initiatives. His background includes managing a sale’s department for major van lines an extensive knowledge and implementation of management services which comes from listening to our partners and providing the best service model achievable. Dave serves as President of the local Detroit Regional Relocation Council (DRRC) and is affiliated with several associations including the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and Human Resources of Greater Detroit (HRGD) and a Michigan Real Estate Salespersons License.

Cheryl has over 30 years experience within the accounting department of our parent company. She creates client start-up and management procedures for new accounts. Cheryl works in concert with a team of managers for policy development which includes a cost matrix designed to provide an effective cost containment program. She manages computer systems for the department including updates and revisions to Recapology, our business intelligence software. Cheryl works very closely with the Operations Manager to find the best financial solution for our clients including gross-up through our relocation tax consulting partner. She holds the CRP designation and a Michigan Real Estate Salespersons License.

Directs and oversees the department’s operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Patrick has over 11 years of relocation experience having worked for several large relocation companies as both a Client Service Manger and a Corporate Inventory Manager. He implements a variety of the concepts, practices and procedures internally to improve our daily practices. Go on sales calls with Corporate Sales Director and coordinates vendor support for accounts and directs and assists the account executives in handling troubled files as needed. Patrick is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and maintains a Michigan Real Estate Salespersons License.

Karen has over 20 years of relocation experience. She assists corporate clients by administrating corporate policy as it relates to relocation for home sale, home finding and marketing counseling. Karen started as a Real Estate Salesperson and advanced to become a Relocation Director for a small boutique relocation company. She worked for 8 years where she covered all aspects of relocation from home buyout to transportation and destination services. For the last 6 years Karen has serviced several key accounts and maintains a 98% satisfaction ratio 100% of the time.

Brad has over 15 years of experience in employee relocation and the residential real estate industry. Responsible for managing and consulting relocation benefits for many Fortune 500 companies he has managed a range of domestic relocation services including BVO and Amended Value Home Sale Programs along with inventory properties. Brad obtained the CRP Designation in 1998 and currently holds a Michigan Real Estate License

Pat has over 8 years in the relocation industry. Her background includes property management maintenance and billing. She provides accounting support for our Account Executives and coordinates equity funding to transferees. Her expertise is managing daily responsibilities associated with accounting; billing, deposits and cash management. She posts daily account activity to our database and assists with preparing client reports and coordinating information with third party payroll processors for payroll withholding. Pat is our Quality Assurance Coordinator and prides herself on monitoring our ‘excellent’ client satisfaction rating.

At Relocation America we pride ourselves on our service delivery methods. We know that in order to maintain a positive relationship with our client’s we need their confidence, so we monitor our services and constantly adjust our methods of operation to maintain our rating. Our backroom support team coordinates all crucial tasks; ordering appraisals, temporary housing, and broker updates as well as data entry. Each staff member is an important part of accomplishing our overall service rating each year.
